Fettuccini Truffle Pasta

Ingredients (Serves 5-6)

  • 17.84 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 1 jar porcini & white truffle sauce

    • Example: La Spora Porcini And White Truffles Sauce

  • 1 tbsp black or white truffle oil (finishing)

    • Example: La Spora Black or White Truffle Oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional but recommended for richness)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Optional: sautéed porcini

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Boil salted water and cook La Spora fettuccine until al dente. Follow the instruction on the box. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

2. Build the Flavor Base

In a pan over medium heat:

  • Melt butter

  • Add porcini mushrooms (if using) and sauté 3–4 minutes

3. Add the Gourmet Sauce

👉 These sauces are already packed with truffle + mushroom flavor, so you’re building on that base instead of starting from scratch.

4. Combine Pasta

  • Add cooked fettuccine to the pan

  • Toss well

  • Add a splash of pasta water for a silky texture

5. Layer the Truffle Flavor

6. Finish

  • Add Parmesan cheese

  • Season with salt & black pepper

  • Toss until glossy and creamy
