Fettuccini Truffle Pasta
Ingredients (Serves 5-6)
17.84 oz fettuccine pasta
1 jar porcini & white truffle sauce
Example: La Spora Porcini And White Truffles Sauce
1 tbsp black or white truffle oil (finishing)
Example: La Spora Black or White Truffle Oil
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup heavy cream (optional but recommended for richness)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper
Optional: sautéed porcini
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil salted water and cook La Spora fettuccine until al dente. Follow the instruction on the box. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Build the Flavor Base
In a pan over medium heat:
Melt butter
Add porcini mushrooms (if using) and sauté 3–4 minutes
3. Add the Gourmet Sauce
Stir in your porcini & white truffle sauce from the gift set
Add heavy cream to loosen and enrich the sauce
Let simmer 2–3 minutes

4. Combine Pasta
Add cooked fettuccine to the pan
Toss well
Add a splash of pasta water for a silky texture
5. Layer the Truffle Flavor
Finish with white or black truffle oil from the set
6. Finish
Add Parmesan cheese
Season with salt & black pepper
Toss until glossy and creamy
