Shipping Policy

At Prime Truffle, we take great care in packaging and shipping our specialty food products to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as:
UPS
FedEx
USPS
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
3. Perishable Product Shipping
Fresh truffles and other temperature-sensitive items require special handling.
Perishable products are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to reduce the risk of weekend transit delays.
Expedited shipping may be required for certain items.
Temperature-control packaging (such as insulated materials and ice packs) may be used when necessary.
We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping for fresh products.
Prime Truffle is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Weather-related shipping interruptions
Packages left unattended after delivery
4. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping information
Ensuring someone is available to receive perishable deliveries
Promptly refrigerating products upon arrival
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Prime Truffle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
Additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order.
Perishable items may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Prime Truffle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package:
Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Notify us so we may assist where possible.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Weather
Carrier disruptions
High shipping volume periods
Events beyond our control
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
