By placing a wholesale order with Prime Truffle, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to:

  • Licensed restaurants

  • Food service providers

  • Retail stores

  • Gourmet markets

  • Distributors

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.

Documentation (such as a resale certificate or business license) may be required before account approval.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Wholesale orders are subject to the following minimums:

  • Minimum order value

  • Product-specific minimum quantities may apply

Prime Truffle reserves the right to modify minimum order requirements at any time.

3. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided upon account approval.

  • Prices are subject to change based on seasonality, availability, and market conditions (especially for fresh truffles).

  • Quotes for fresh truffles may be valid for a limited time only due to fluctuating market pricing.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • ACH transfer

  • Wire transfer

  • Credit card

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due prior to shipment.

  • Net terms (if approved) must be paid within the agreed timeframe (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30).

  • Late payments may incur interest and collection fees.

Prime Truffle reserves the right to suspend shipments for overdue accounts.
